Dear Parents/Guardians,

Happy New Year and a huge welcome back to the pupils. We all wish you a prosperous 2025.

The pupils have all enjoyed a fantastic first week with us, though the weather has meant that most of that has been indoors. Fingers crossed that next week warms up and they can get outside a little more frequently.

New Topics

The pupils will have started their new topics this week. These are:

Glasbren: A variety of topics to be covered this term. Starting with Superheroes and superfoods

Llwyfen, Bedwen, Masarnen: Light and Dark

Derwen, Onnen: Forest and Woodlands

Calling in for Child Absence

A reminder that all absences such as medical or illness should be reported through the child absence line using the school phone number. Absence reported through other avenues such as directly with the class teacher can mean that occasionally our reception staff are not aware of the reason and you could receive a text that morning asking for further information. Thank you in advance.
